Greetings to everybody,,I hope you all are having a great summer,,a summer to remember and cherish always!!
Summer season has been associated with a lot of things,like,the sun,the beach,,holidays,,travelling to nice destinations,,summer dresses,,sandals,,flip flops,,ice creams,,but I really like to call it the flip flop season,I don't know why but I find this name really fun and smart.I also personally like wearing cute flip flops during the whole summer.They are so comfortable and cute kind of footwear,,and you can get them in so many designs and colors that you can easily color coordinate them with your outfits,,maybe you are wearing shorts,,maxi dresses,,short dresses,,of your comfy lounge wear.
But in summers you also need to take care of your feet,,because they are going to show when you wear flip flops or your comfy sandals,,and nobody likes ugly feet ridden with callus.Also since feet are exposed more they need much more care and pampering!!
To help with that,,you should try to do at home pedicures by yourself,,because those parlor pedicures can get quite expensive on your pocket,,also nobody wants to go out to parlor in scorching summer heat.
So I came across this NATURE SECRETS LEMON AND NETTLE PEDICURE SET by Oriflame.
I definitely wanted this,,also it has a cute packaging so it can work as a perfect gift for someone especially in this season.Till now I have used it 2-3 times and now I am going to review it today:
ABOUT PACKAGING:
It comes in a neon green cardboard box,with a see through front,,and instructions to use at the back.It has a total of four products:
1. Nature's Secret lemon & nettle foot soak
2. Nature's Secret lemon & nettle foot massage cream
3. Nature's Secret lemon & nettle foot scrub
4. Nature's Secret lemon & cuticle softener
The foot soak bottle is just like a regular Oriflame face wash plastic bottle with a screw cap.The foot scrub and massage cream are enormous plastic tubes,,and then you get a tiny cuticle softener tube.
THE FRAGRANCE:
I love it,,its very fresh and refreshing.
THE PRODUCT:
1.FOOT SOAK:
Its almost clear,doesn't foam at all.when you soak in your feet for 10 mins..the skin feels softened..the dead skin callus is softened so can be easily scrubbed off.
2.FOOT SCRUB:
this is my favorite product among the entire set.its really a great product.this scrub has pumice granules in it and you can actually feel them when you are scrubbing.it smells great,and the skin feels so smooth and clean after using the scrub.
3.CUTICLE SOFTENER:
This is an average product,honestly I have used it only once,because I personally don't believe in manipulating cuticle,,because its a protective layer for nails,,and one should not be messing with it.The time I used it..I found it to be an okay product,,because after using it ,it was still difficult to manipulate the cuticle.
4.MASSAGE CREAM:
Its a nice cream,,smells nice.Nothing much fancy,,but it surely does leave your skin smooth and polished.
At end you feel that feet are powdery smooth and clean.
